In 2023-24, two-way trade between Australia and Vietnam has reached $28.2 billion dollars*. This achievement has placed Vietnam as one of Australia's top ten trading partners. Both Vietnam and Australia share the ambition to double two-way investment and continue expanding the two countries' trade links.
The Australian Alumni Business Network has been created to unlock the potential of the over 100,000-strong Australian alumni community in Vietnam. This network aims to become a dedicated platform complementing current alumni networks for business leaders, innovators, and emerging leaders who have been educated in Australia and are now driving progress in Vietnam, creating a group with expertise and influence that will foster growth in the economic partnership between Australia and Vietnam.
