STREETS INTERNATIONAL (STREETS) is an ambitious hospitality and tourism social enterprise initiative for out-of-school, vulnerable and disadvantaged youth. The no-cost 14-month comprehensive residential STREETS program started in Hoi An, Vietnam in 2009, providing a future of dignity through vocational hospitality and culinary training. The Program Manager, reporting to the Executive Director, will manage day-to-day program operations, including Trainee activities in Hoi An. The position will be responsible for supervising key staff positions including Program Coordinators, Instructors and Houseparents.
PROGRAM MANAGER at STREETS INTERNATIONAL (STREETS)
Job Responsibilities:
Manage the Training Center and teaching staff to ensure the various curriculum are delivered to meet the instructional standards and structured training calendars
Oversee Program Coordinator(s) supervision of Trainee well-being including residential dorm housing, staff and recreational activities
Establish and maintain relationships with NGOs, orphanages, and other social service agencies
Direct the comprehensive recruitment and intake process, including the recruitment team
Manage the program team with graduate job placement and alumni connectivity
Provide administrative and organizational projects and reports as assigned
Qualifications:
College, University Degree (preference given for International study experience)
Minimum 2 year supervisory or managerial experience in hospitality, education, business, NGO or social enterprise
Demonstrated professional organizational skills
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
Adaptable to meet periodic business travel requirements

Live in or relocate to Hoi An at start of employment, one time relocation expense provided
Flexible work schedule, including evening and holiday as needed
Vietnamese Citizen preferred
